The RailYard includes twin buildings with a combined 300,000 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet for retailers. The project included the installation of four (4) water-sourced heat pumps (WSHPs), four (4) duct heaters, nine (9) fans, four (4) hoods, and AD.
