Commercial HVAC technician salaries vary based on experience, certifications, and location. MSS Solutions offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits, retirement plans, paid training, and career advancement opportunities.
Not necessarily, however, candidates must possess a Universal EPA Certification. While commercial HVAC experience is preferred for some positions, MSS Solutions also hires recent trade school graduates and apprentice technicians who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
Our technicians service large unitary packaged equipment over 25 tons, SWUD units, VRF, basic air-cooled chillers, semi-hermetic compressors, dehumidification equipment, complex specialty equipment, air handlers of all types, simple boilers, cooling towers, water pumps, valves, actuators, and VFD’s, mechanical systems and low-voltage electrical systems.
