High-Rise Building Systems Upgrades
Phased project to upgrade the Building Automation System (BAS) to Niagara R2 with an AX migration to N4, Metasys ADX migration and NAE replacement. The scope of work includes executive floors retrofit, pneumatic VAV box conversion, AHU/RTU N2 conversion, and retrofit of pneumatic damper actuators on miscellaneous fans. MSS assisted by providing a facility assessment, system design, and construction management oversight. We proudly continue to serve the customer with repair and monitoring services.
