Novant Mint Hill

This 207,000 SF medical center has four (4) operating rooms, a c-section, ICU, LDRP, Emergency Department, and Radiology with an attached MOB. Included in this construction was a central energy plant (CEP) with three (3) chillers, two (2) cooling towers, heating hot water boilers, and steam boilers. This project also included a full-service dietary facility to serve the campus. MSS executed the mechanical  construction, controls, and fire alarm scopes for the project. MSS Controls provided full controls installation, monitoring electrical, HVAC, lighting, and other components.
