Personal Information We Collect

MSS recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Neither the Websites nor our services are intended for children under the age of 16. MSS does not target its services or this Websites to children under 16. We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitors to our website, such as how often a user visits and what pages they view. Google Analytics uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Websites and services. Google does put a cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site. Sales of Personal Information. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any categories of personal information.

Sharing Personal Information. We do not currently share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

Sensitive Personal Information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by the CCPA. Those permitted purposes include:

to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average consumer who requests those goods or services;
to prevent, detect and investigate security incidents that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity or confidentiality of stored or transmitted personal information;
to resist malicious, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal actions directed at us and to prosecute those responsible for those actions;

Additionally, if you request specific pieces of your personal information or the deletion of certain personal information, you may be required to provide a signed declaration under penalty of perjury and otherwise authenticate your identity. Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.

Rights of Nevada Residents
