Core and shell dual 11-story office & retail towers with a 10-story parking deck, totaling 635,000 SF. Scope of work included air distribution devices, condensate drain piping, condenser water piping, ductwork, louvers, fire and smoke dampers with duct access doors. MSS also provided a new fire alarm system, bi-directional amplifier (BDA) system, and 2-way communication system.
