The Pearl – Innovation District

Phase 1 of The Pearl includes construction of (2) >320,000 sq ft towers for a laboratory research building and a medical school. These systems include semi-custom air handlers, chilled water, heating hot water, and Glycol Energy Recovery systems. They also include Venturi valves and sensible cooling terminal units. MSS is also constructing the 325,000 square foot full building tenant improvement project with Whiting Turner for the Wake Forest School of Medicine that will reside in one of the towers.
