Honeywell Headquarters Core & Shell and Tenant Upfit
A 600,000 SF, 13-story parking deck underneath 10 stories of office space, primarily occupied by Honeywell.
This multi-project scope of work included the parking deck, core and shell tower, and the tenant upfit. The systems consisted of cooling towers, condenser water loop, self-contained AHUs, and terminal units. MSS also designed and installed building automation and fire alarm systems.
