AXOMO provides us with the online e-commerce platform and online mechanism to sell products to customers. Some of your personal information is stored through AXOMO’s data storage and databases.

As an authorized agent you will receive an email confirming that we have received the request along with a second email asking you to fill out a certification form confirming your information and certifying you have the right to make a request on behalf of the MSS consumer. Once the report is ready, it will be sent to the email or physical address you have given us, depending on the delivery method you choose
