Challenge

Integrate multi-vendor controllers and software for the entire building with zero downtime

Scope

  • Engineer, design and install a single Honeywell/WEB Solutions system to interface to all existing and new controls in the building and provide future expansion capabilities
  • Included the removal and installation of 159 variable air volume heating and cooling terminal boxes for CS-1
  • System needed to control or monitor mechanical and electrical equipment, including air compressors, air handling units, automatic transfer switches, APCs, battery rooms, circuit breakers, chillers, fire alarm panels, electric meters, environmental units, exhaust air units, fan coil units, generators, lighting, makeup air fans, power distribution units, pumps, RDCs, SSBMs, STSs, uninterruptible power supplies, variable air units and variable frequency drives
