EXPERIENCE

With more than 20 years of experience in the HVAC world, Kye Garrett has repeatedly proven his ability to successfully lead through diverse and challenging situations, while always maintaining a positive working environment. Kye began his career as a HVAC/Controls service technician and worked his way up through operations management to his current position as Service division manager. Over his career, Kye has successfully managed hundreds of service employees and successfully managed HVAC/Controls service work in multi-state regions.
