EXPERIENCE

Chad started in the HVAC service business as a service salesman for Honeywell, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended Honeywell sales training courses along with practical on the job training over the next twelve months with Honeywell in the Minneapolis headquarters, and in the Charlotte office.   Chad continued to add to his sales abilities in the areas of performance contracts and life safety and controls service over the coming years before moving to The Trane Company.  While with the Trane Company, he was given the opportunity to learn about HVAC systems and the services required for large mechanical systems to operate efficiently.

Twelve years ago, Chad came to MSS to start the service business for the Triad and Triangle regions of North Carolina. He now serves as Sales Manager for Mechanical Systems & Services.

Chad lives in Winston-Salem, N.C. and works out of local Triad office.
