The MSS Capital Projects division is composed of customer-focused mechanical contractors who oversee new construction and large retrofit or replacement projects.
While similar to our HVAC Services division, Mechanical Contracting offers more extensive services and technological solutions for capital projects in need of full system design, piping, sheet metal, etc.
MSS also offers a full service pipefitting group and a highly automated ductwork fabrication department that enables us to manage projects in-house from start to finish.
And because MSS is a privately held company, we are big enough to handle even the most complex projects, yet nimble enough to respond quickly without the burdens of a complicated corporate bureaucracy.
